Broward County Document Certification Stamp is Changing

Broward County is changing it document certification stamp, effective May 1, 2017. Here’s the official announcement:

The current red-ink County Commissioners document certification stamp affixed on official recorded documents will be changing May 1, 2017. In most cases, a small, black County Commissioners certification stamp will be electronically affixed to the last page of a recorded document. When printed, the copy will be signed in blue-ink on the certification line to signify an original certification. Other recorded documents may continue to reflect the red, hand-stamped certification as a result of the recording process used. This certification will continue to be valid as well.

More info is available on the Broward County website.
